Pre-design object investigation includes:

• visit of Customer’s object by specialists;
• development of an intruder model in order to identify the engineering security systems level;
• development of a concept for central equipment and peripheral devices of engineering security systems complex;
• selection of the most suitable equipment (price/quality) taking into consideration Customer’s wishes.

Development of project and cost estimate documentation

Development of project and cost estimate documentation includes:

• development of a technical assignment and technical specifications for installation of equipment at a certain object;
• issuance of project documentation (where necessary, reconciliation with controlling authorities);
• calculation of estimated cost of works in accordance to the project specification;
• reconciliation of project documentation with regulatory authorities.

Specialist in Engineering Security Systems of Group of Companies “TROYAN” arrange for approval and reconciliation of projects on their own, they also arrange for transfer of objects to the Fire Safety Authorities (State Anti-Fire Service Directorate) and to the State Extra-Departmental Protection Directorate (Main Directorate of Extra-Departmental Protection) of Moscow and Moscow region. All systems are designed with due account to regulatory requirements and instructions. Acceptance Certificates for objects signed by the State Anti-Fire Service Directorate and Main Directorate of Extra-Departmental Protection will help our customers to avoid problems with representatives of controlling authorities during operation of systems installed by us.
