Guarding Stationary Objects

Guarding stationary objects is a system of special, secure, engineering-and-technical and other measures directed to provision of safe (continuous) operation of an enterprise.

Guarding stationary objects envisages the following steps:

• Examination of the object for creating required and optimal security system;
• Design of the security concept and regulations for inter object control;
• Preparation of recommendations on technical protection of the object;
• Creating required set of service documentation specifying access control, operation of security guard, cooperation in case of emergency and supervision of compliance to the object protection requirements;
• Organization of the security guard operation in accordance with the Russian legislation.

Security actions on the object are performed by the security guard personnel. The use of technical security and communications means as well as special means (if required) is recommended.

Physical safeguarding of stationary objects should be performed by the special procedures most suitable for the Customer and correspond to operational situation around the object.

Security personnel may wear both special uniform approved by the agencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and civilian clothes considering the requirements of the Customer.

If the guarding object is not equipped properly with engineering-and-technical security systems, the specialists from the technical department together with the physical safeguarding personnel will provide all required consultations and, if required, prepare an offer and equip the guarding object with a security, fire security and alarm system as well as access control, perimeter protection system and video observation.
