Guarding mass events

Physical safeguarding of Group of Companies “TROYAN” has a great experience in providing order in places of mass events.

The properly organized security guard of an event allows to control situation and prevent you from unwanted conflicts.

Task organization of forces and means for providing order in places of mass events should be performed considering the area of operation to be performed as well as location of access routes, parking places, routes and features of entrance into the building and evacuation routes.

The specialists of the direction will arrange for meeting with the event organizers beforehand where they discuss all aspects of security guard.

Mass events may be divided into the following types:

1. Socio-political (conferences, demonstrations, meetings, etc.);
2. Cultural-and-sport and entertaining (concerts, sport competitions, matches, celebration entertainments, etc.);
3. Advertisement-and-commercial (fairs, presentations, actions, etc);
4. Business meetings and receptions of business partners (meeting of stockholders and other meetings and receptions);
5. Other mass events (banquettes, weddings and other types of meetings).

To provide order in the places of mass events we proceed the following steps:

• preliminary assessment of the place of event and preparing the plan for assignment of the security guard;
• selection of personnel of required level;
• technical and operational check before starting the event and upon its end;
• preparation of warnings concerning prohibition of carryover small arms, cut-and-thrust weapon, explosives and flammables, drugs, psychotropic agents and alcoholic drinks, heavy things and glass containers to the guarding object;
• check the necessity of supervision and keeping the order on surround area and in the next rooms.

The cost for guarding mass events is:
starting from 300 rub. per hour of operation of one employee of physical safeguarding.
