How to enter into a console safeguarding agreement?

• Managers from the sales department will take Your order and ask You about the time it is convenient for You to have the object investigate.
  
  
• During the first meeting in order to get acquainted with the service You will discuss the Object Safeguarding Agreement. A manger will visit the object within the period agreed upon, and will draw a Object Investigation Certificate where the object characteristics are described, the preliminary equipment structure and arrangement are discussed.
  
  
• The project is developed and is discussed with the Customer.
  
  
• The cost estimates are developed and reconciled with the Customer.
  
  
• Then an Equipment Installation Agreement is signed.
  
  
• Equipment is delivered, installed and commissioned.
  
  
• An agreement for monitoring and response is signed, the object is accepted and taken into safeguarding.
