An alarm button (mobile radio button) is a modern wireless security alarm system, a secure way of technical safeguarding.

An alarm radio button is a portable radio transmitter meant for transmission of notices (alarm signals) on an attack against a citizen, a object guarded, etc.

The alarm signal transmission distance under direct visibility is 500-1000m. The transmission distance depends on occurrence and the nature of obstacles to radio-wave propagation (walls, flooring, buildings), radio interferences intensity, transmitter battery voltage, etc.

A mobile radio button “AURORA” is a pendant with the operation radius of 500-1000m from the base block. The base block is a metal box with small antennae located at a object near a window and is connected to 220V 50Hz line. An alarm notification from the pendant to the base block is transmitted through a radio channel, and to the Alert Center – through the “AURORA” radio channel.

Alarm radio button operation principles:

• when the button is pressed, an alarm signal is received at the Central Surveillance Station and is transmitted to a Rapid Response Group,
• a RRG will be at the object in 5-7 minutes.
